Again on Thursday morning the tolling of the Baptist Church bell sadly announced that the Death Angel was still hovering over our community. This time it was for Mrs. Sarah Swafford, who passed to the future life some time Wednesday night. Mrs. Swafford came here from her home at Rob Roy some three weeks ago to visit friends and attend the meeting at the Baptist Church. On Wednesday of last week she took sick at the home of Jap Grenard, with lung fever growing gradually worse until the end. Mrs. Swafford is well known by most all our readers who will learn of her death with regret. Interment took place yesterday afternoon at New Richmond. -s
